Break-in damage is not one single repair
A break-in can damage several parts of a property at once: glass, locks, door frames, storefront entrances, window openings, closers and hardware. The first visit is not used to guess the final repair. The first visit secures the exposed property.
What we secure after forced entry or vandalism
We secure the damaged access point first. For one property that may mean covering smashed glass. For another it may mean boarding a storefront opening, protecting a broken window, securing a damaged door or preparing the entrance for a dedicated door repair.

Secure the opening before permanent repairs begin
Once the property is protected, the final work can be handled in the right order. That may be glass replacement, storefront repair, door frame work, hardware repair or a separate door repair after break-in.

Can you secure a property after a break-in?

What should be secured first after vandalism or forced entry?
The exposed access point comes first. That may be broken glass, a window opening, a storefront entrance, a damaged door, a frame area or another point that leaves the property open.
Is board-up always needed after a break-in?
Not always. Some openings need plywood board-up, some need another temporary protective cover, and some can proceed directly to glass or door repair once the property is secure.
Can you help if the door was kicked in?
Yes. We secure the entrance first. If the main issue is the door, frame, lock or latch, the related door repair is planned after the entrance is secured.
